Jenn is an amazing person and we wholeheartedly recommend her to other families in need of caregiving services. We partnered with Jenn in the fall of 2023 as a home health aide for my parents, who began to struggle with daily household needs as they aged. She managed everything effortlessly, including transportation to appointments, advocacy at the doctor’s office, grocery shopping / errands, personal hygiene, and meal prep. As my mom’s health suddenly declined, Jenn went above and beyond for her in a time of need, treating her with dignity and respect while we jointly managed her care. She protected my mom during a vulnerable period of her life and exuded empathy, compassion, and trust even in the most difficult of circumstances. We’re eternally grateful for it. Although my mom has since passed, the memories of joy Jenn brought into her life have helped ease the burden of grief. Jenn built an everlasting bond with my mom and will forever be a member of our family.
