Jenn has been a godsend as a visiting caregiver for my elderly mother-in-law with dementia, and now for my F-I-L as well. She is compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable. She gets to know her clients’ history and interests and puts them at ease with her thoughtful listening. She anticipates their needs and brings creative ideas for activities to enrich their hours together. She obviously really cares about our parents, and in turn, they love seeing her. Jenn is also a highly organized professional, and an outstanding communicator with the family, which is so important. She goes beyond the role of caregiver, and has been more of a knowledgeable guide through a difficult phase of life. We have no worries when Jenn is with our parents.
