For me , Exceptional caregiving is about preserving dignity. With 20 years in elder care environments and 13+ years of hands on experience, I have cared for individuals with dementia, mobility challenges, complex needs and those approaching end of life. My approach is centered on attentiveness and genuine presence. I believe everyone deserves to feel clean , safe, respected and truly seen. I am calm under pressure and highly attentive to changes in behavior, skin integrity and overall condition. I am also an ordained Christian Chaplain, bringing compassion and a steady presence during difficult transitions. Spiritual support is always offered respectfully and only according to each family's wishes. Above all I respect I am being welcomed in your home. I provide compassionate care allowing your home to remain your home honoring your beliefs routines boundaries and personal space. My goal is for your loved one to feel valued while your family feels entirely supported and reassured.
