About Jennifer

Hello! I'm a soon to be empty nester off 2 grown children. I'd love to come along side another family and help with their children and household needs. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, easy going, efficient. I like working with kids because kids are fun and are learning and growing so much during those early years! I'm looking for a job that keeps me busy and is rewarding! One of my favorite things is to read to children! I started working with kids when I was 15 when I babysat the neighbors kids. I then nannied for a family with 5 kids for 2-3 years. I've had 2 of my own children who are now 20 and 18. I've also worked in Sunday School programs. In my spare time, I like to go thrifting, refinish furniture, sew, hike & bike. One thing you should know about me is I like to stay busy while working. I'm not a fast paced worker necessarily but I like having things to do. My skills include keeping a routine, teaching and I have a wonderful rapport with children.
