Jennifer was an immediate comfort and relief to our family, who was caring for my mother with late-stage dementia. Jennifer took the initiative to find activities to engage my mom (who is impossible to engage) and handled her with the greatest of patience and care. She was also a tremendous source of support for my dad and I, providing care with authentic concern and tremendous love. We had to make the difficult decision to move mom to memory care, but Jennifer remains a part of our family to this day.
