About Jennifer

My skills include experience with children, seinors, and differently abled individuals. Personal care, medication management, wound care, transport, meal prep, recreational activities, Reiki, yoga, art, homeschool and more. I support things that keep the brain sharp and the body moving within the capabilities of the individual. My personality is extremely patient, kind, and focused on the individual. People deserve respectful care, conversation and individualised attention. I started caring for people early on, where my mother was the director of nursing. I became CNA certified, and worked in settings of private homes, care businesses, Headstart(preschool) and schools. I have also cared for some of my own family members. I am a yoga teacher working on my yoga therapist certification, Reiki practioner and teacher, and a designer of wearable art.
