About Jennifer

Working with kids is something I genuinely enjoy, and I love being able to support families however I can. I grew up in a big family with lots of younger cousins, so being around children has always come naturally to me. I have a year of childcare experience, including helping care for my niece from infancy through age 2. I'm currently a college student majoring in Surgical Technology and am spending my summer on James Island until the second week of August before returning to school. Three words I would use to describe myself are reliable, caring, and easygoing. I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, going on walks, and finding fun, engaging activities for kids. I am certified in BLS (CPR) and Bloodborne Pathogens training. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping as needed. I value open communication and always make it a priority to keep parents informed and comfortable while their children are in my care.
