She is very honest and sensitive to people‘s feelings. I had fear of the unknown in the process of dying. Jennifer calmly explained things to me. Jennifer treated each family member with respect, as there were conflicting feelings. I trust Jennifer completely. That allowed me to move forward, knowing that we were doing the best for my mother at all times. Jennifer treated my mother throughout the process with kindness. She worked to put at rest any fears.
