About Jennifer

I am an experienced early childhood educator with a strong foundation in individualized learning and whole child development. As a Lead Teacher at Rising Stars Preschool, I created structured, engaging classrooms that supported fine motor development, handwriting readiness, early literacy, and foundational math skills. At Oak Ridge Academy, a micro school focused on individualized education, I worked with children ages 4-7 in small group settings. I tailored instruction to each child's strengths and pace, adjusting lessons in real time to ensure meaningful progress. I believe every child can thrive when they feel understood, supported, and challenged at the right level. I specialize in fine motor skills, handwriting formation, early reading foundations, and hands on STEM learning that builds confidence and curiosity.
