About Jennifer

I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience supporting children in classroom and community settings. I hold a Paraeducator Certificate and am continuing my training in behavioral health and family support, including the RUBI Parent Training Program. My experience includes teaching first grade and currently volunteering with infants and pre-K children. I use positive reinforcement, redirection, clear expectations, and structured routines while adapting my approach to each child's individual needs. I value creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel respected, encouraged, and comfortable being themselves. I bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a calm and consistent approach to caregiving.
