About Jennifer

Hi I'm Jennifer and I am currently a student at University. I am working towards getting my bachelors degree in psychology and I work as a research assistant in a comparative cognition lab on campus. I currently have my associates of science with a focus in psychology. I truly love working with children, and I strive to create a nurturing and engaging environment that fits the individual needs of the child/children I care for I enjoy working with kids because it's rewarding to be a positive part of their lives and support them as they grow and learn. I find it very fulfilling and I thrive in the active, fast-paced environment. I started working with kids when I was 14 through a program in my high school. We learned about child development as well as assisting in the schools daycare program. I try to avoid Screen Time as much as possible when I babysit. My goal is to be actively engaged with the children that I care for not just to keep them occupied!
