Ive been a certified Postpartum Doula for 2+ years and was a nanny for 10 years before that. I trained with CMT in Portland, OR. I have insurance, a Food Handler's card, trained in BLS & CPR for infants as well as adults. and I am fully vaccinated. I focus on overnights and have a sliding scale rate of $45-65/hr. My services include emotional support, Postpartum planning, basic household chores (laundry, dishes, etc), newborn care, basic lactation support, rest & recovery, meal prep, assisting well as resources and when to contact a medical or lactation specialist. I also work with a few agencies in town. I love reading, making crafts, spending time with my middle school aged son (whom I also homeschooled to 3rd grade), going out of town on adventures, and finding new yummy spots in town.
