Hiring Jennifer was like winning the nanny lottery! We were thoroughly impressed when she arrived with her own selection of high-quality, developmentally-appropriate toys and books (new variety each week!) But when we saw her teaching our daughter to dig in the garden with a toddler-sized trowel she brought, we knew Jennifer was a true gem, a cut above the rest. She even took our daughter outside after it rained and let her jump in puddles, in perfect alignment with our own parenting approach (and ensured all was clean and dry afterwards). Jennifer also never missed an opportunity to integrate learning into play (counting, colors, vocabulary), and gave us excellent ideas for nurturing our daughter's budding independence. Our daughter truly thrived during her time with Jennifer, and she will remain our nanny gold standard for years to come.
