Greetings, My name is Jennifer, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Dementia Practioner (CDP) with a wealth of knowledge in delivering compassionate care to individuals with a wide range of needs, both in Healthcare facilities and home environments. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of supporting families and their loved ones during some of their most difficult times, particularly in end-of-life care. My empathetic approach, coupled with a keen attention to detail, has provided families with the reassurance that their loved ones are fully supported during these challenging moments.
