About Jennifer

I have spent the last 30 years working on the non clinical side of healthcare. The last 8 of those years as a senior group home manager for 3-4 adult females with disabilities. I started my career as a CNA doing home healthcare for the old St. Elizabeth Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. After about 2 years, I started taking evening classes at Sinclair. I took a part time position at Miami Valley Hospital in the Transcription Department. I graduated from Sinclair with a degree in Health Information Management. In 2006, I decided to get my Bachelor's degree in Management from Xavier University. I spent the rest of my career working in management in various different healthcare settings. During this time, I got married and had 1 daughter. Throughout this time I worked part-time so I could stay with my daughter.
