About Jennifer

Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I have extensive experience working with children with special needs, including those who are medically fragile. I'm passionate about providing compassionate, patient, and dependable care in a safe and supportive environment. Over the years, I've assisted with a wide range of daily living activities such as feeding, toileting, diapering, and transferring (wheelchair or mobility assistance), always with respect and dignity for each child's individual needs. I understand the importance of consistency, routine, and a calm presence, and I bring all of that to my caregiving work.
