As I took care of my own mom with dementia and mobility issues, I will take care of yours. I'm experienced, dependable, organized, intelligent, creative, punctual, compassionate, a good listener and kind. I can also guide you in setting up what you need to navigate this difficult loss of independence for your loved one & challenging time in both of your lives. I believe in a holistic approach to companionship & caregiving and am happy to: engage your loved one in great conversation when appropriate or simply be there for them in silence; drive them on errands, including doctors appointments, the grocery (or any) store, nail or hair salon, to meet their friends or just to get out of the house, always being their advocate & ensuring safe; encourage them to exercise & stretch (I'm a former professional dancer and personal trainer)-I can even lead a meditation; and ensure they've got healthy meals & takes their medication on time. I have a flexible schedule and can work with yours.
