I am almost 50 years old. I am currently going through a Health Journey. I lost 105 pounds in 6 1/2 months doing things naturally with food and a three-step vitamin supplement system. With only walking as exercise. I love to do diamond art. I love to read. I like to research silly things that I hear or see. I have to know if it's true or false.
