We had a wonderful experience with Jenny. From day one, she was consistently on time and incredibly reliable. We never had to wonder or worry and she always followed through. She was always willing to adjust and adapt to our “new parent” rules and was more than willing to hear/incorporate/share any feedback. She kept us updated throughout the day and was always responsive and easy to reach. We always felt informed and in the loop, even when we were both at work. We'd highly recommend her to any family looking for dependable, trustworthy care and wish we could’ve continued having her work for us.
