About Jerame

Wow, I cannot say enough words I could cry. Where do I start? Jerame is 110% all the time. She has energy, happiness, empathy, kindness, courage and insight that is beyond her years. Jerame shows critical thinking when faced with challenging situations and is able to prioritize scenarios for outcomes to resolve before issues become bigger. She practices safely, privacy, due diligence, learning opportunities and speaks up when she has concerns. Jerame makes challenging situations easier for the client, peers, and family by suggestions and working towards common goals. She is generous with her time, her energy, her warmth and understanding. Sometimes people come across you in your career or life and you remember all the details of how committed and happy someone makes you feel when they walk in the room… this is Jerame. There needs to be feedback and lessons learned by caregivers and there are some people who are so natural and comfortable that you know this person is whole heartedly perfect for the role and has come from strong values, principles, and respectful relationships that she shares back. So many skill sets and experiences she takes on and willing to learn. Her smile and warmth will forever be in my heart and I’m so fortunate to have worked along with her. She truly is amazing and a gift to those she provides care to. It was my pleasure and privilege to work, train, and receive care with Jerame. Bravo !
