With four years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My graduate degree has further equipped me with the skills to provide comprehensive care. I understand the importance of patience and empathy. My calm and friendly demeanor helps me create a comfortable environment for those I care for. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have current CPR Training and First Aid Training.
