About Jesse

Childcare has been my entire life & I couldn't imagine a better job! I grew up in my mother's home day care environment. As I grew up, I took on more and more responsibilities in the daycare until I eventually became, essentially, her assistant. I also volunteered at a local church, watching young children during Sunday services, and worked assorted babysitting jobs in high school. After six years in freelancing and retail post-college, I returned to my passion, and took a preschool teacher position in Wilmette. I began working in this position with night classes in early childhood education, mental health education courses so I could further benefit myself and the families I serve! Since then, I have been full time nanny to 3 families, worked at 2 daycares, and even been a house manager. I have a portfolio of fun and educational materials and projects aimed at children anywhere from infant to middle school aged, as well as letters of recommendation I can produce on demand!
