She never missed a day without notice, is always on time and is very flexible with late stays or weekends. My son adores her and lights up when she arrives. She takes feedback well and acts on it immediately. She follows routines, keeps my son safe and communicates proactively with me. We are only parting ways because we are moving abroad.
