About Jessica

Hi! My name is Jess, and I'm 25 years old. I'm a 2nd grade teacher and this is my 4th year teaching. I have also been babysitting for about 10 years and tutor students in grades K-3! I graduated from Penn State in 2022 with a degree in Elementary Education and will finish my Master's in Special Education this May. I'm CPR certified and have my own car. I'm looking for a full-time summer nanny position (Mon-Thurs), starting after June 20th through the last week of August. I will have one (possibly two) pre-planned weeks away, which I will communicate in advance by May. I recently moved to Hoboken and would love to find a family nearby! I really enjoy building strong relationships with the families I work with. I'm very active and love planning fun things to do, whether that's going on walks, playing outside, or coming up with activities for the day. I'm also happy to help with tutoring, driving to activities, light chores, and simple cooking.
