About Jessica

My care experience began when my younger sister was born with C. H. A. R. G. E. syndrome; having a sibling with special needs teaches you a lot about taking care of others. I also have a sister who was born when I was 10 years old, and began babysitting her almost immediately. I began babysitting for other families when I was 13 years old. I babysat for multiple different families with children ranging from 6 months old to 10 years old. Throughout high school I was a regular babysitter for two different families, one with three children ages 2-6, the other with four children ages 6 months-9. I have a love for working with and teaching children and I am currently studying to become an elementary education teacher. I have experience teaching preschool for Vacation Bible School for four years, as well as two years teaching Sunday school.
