I have a heart for helping older adults maintain their independence, routines, and quality of life at home. With a background in exercise science and experience as a Clinical Exercise Specialist, I understand the importance of staying active, engaged, and connected as we age. I enjoy spending time with seniors and helping with the everyday things that can make life a little easier, whether that means companionship, light household tasks, errands, meal preparation, accompanying someone to appointments, or simply providing an extra set of hands and a friendly face. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate support while respecting each person's independence and the routines that are important to them. I also understand how valuable peace of mind is for family members and strive to be someone both seniors and their families can trust.
