With five plus years of experience, I'm passionate about helping students unlock their potential. I hold a college degree and speak predominantly English with a well-applied knowledge of Spanish. I believe every student learns differently. I actively listen and observe to understand how you learn best. I also encourage open communication to discover what methods work best for you. I keep students engaged by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples. I also break down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is key. I provide regular updates to parents to reinforce learning at home. The most rewarding part of tutoring is seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills.
