Jess has been a treasured part of our family for just under a year. She has been caring for our 5-year-old son and 1.5-year-old daughter. From the moment she joined us, Jess fit right in, becoming not just a caregiver but a cherished member of our family. Her warm, caring, and kind nature immediately put our children at ease, even though our son was very apprehensive initially, she was able to win him over quickly. Jess has been incredibly respectful of our parenting choices, always ensuring that our methods and preferences are upheld. She has a special gift for helping our son practice his school skills, such as writing and fine motor activities, by asking him thoughtful questions and engaging him in creative games. Her approach is both nurturing and gentle, yet she knows exactly when and how to correct misbehavior in a way that aligns with our values. Her ability to come up with creative and engaging activities for our children is truly remarkable. Every day, she brings new ideas and games that keep our kids excited and learning. Her presence has been a constant source of joy and stability in our home. One of the most remarkable things about Jess is her willingness to go above and beyond to be helpful. She has always been accommodating and understanding, adjusting to our family's needs with grace and flexibility. Her positive and cheerful demeanor has made every day brighter for our children and for us. The only reason we are moving on is due to my decision to become a stay-at-home mom. Jess will be deeply missed, not just for her exceptional caregiving but for her presence in our home. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her caring for their children, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
