My name is Jessica. I have: 4 years of LPN (geriatric, Hospice) 3 years on a dementia unit as a CNA. 2years in PT/OT 15 years experience Taking care of the elderly 10+ years cleaning, organizing, customer service ( I have great references.) I am currently a mother of a 2 children. I am a LPN located in the Earlton area of New York and I'm looking for clients that need part-time hours no more than a few hours a week. I try to work with my clients on what they need and what I can give, nursing is my passion. Services include : . light house work Arrands (groceries, mail , etc for only client) Hospice care Medication Wound care (I stay under my scope of practice, I can follow RN order or dr orders / continuation if needed between changes if soild if client has other nurses that come I follow thier order.
