She is patient, kind, and always communicates with children respectfully. Her caregiving style is notably attentive, nurturing, and loving; she remains calm and effectively guides children toward positive behavior without ever raising her voice. Beyond her technical skills, Jessica brings a positive attitude to her work every day. Our children were always excited for her arrival, as she kept them engaged with a variety of fun activities.
