About Jia

Hi, my name is Jia! I am currently in medical school and am interested in pursuing pediatric medicine. I have always loved working with kids, starting as a mother's helper and worked my way up to babysitting and full-time nannying. When I was nannying, I nannied for 4 kids starting at ages 4-8 until the kids were 9-13. I still occasionally babysit for these families, and I've so loved watching these kids grow up! I have worked with kids of all ages from as young as 2 weeks old up to overnight care for high school students. I also spent 2 summers as a summer camp counselor, and I currently volunteer at a youth grief camp every summer. I love running around with kids, playing games, making crafts, building forts, baking, whatever the kids find fun! I'm mostly looking for date-night/occasional babysitting but am potentially interested in recurring jobs as well. Outside of childcare, I enjoy watching Nuggets/Avs/Green Bay Packers, playing pickleball, rock climbing, reading, and baking!
