To Whom It May Concern, I am very pleased to write a character reference for Jillian. I have known her for almost 5 years. During that time, I have always found her to be a responsible, organized, and nurturing individual. I believe her skills and experience make her an excellent candidate for a care giving position in your organization. During the time I have known Jilly, she has always worked with multiple families caring for their children. She balanced her academics, extra curricular activities and another part time job, while continuing to stay connected with her families. Jillian is a self-starter with many artistic talents. She enjoys the creative process whether it is through painting, drawing, pottery, do-it-yourself craft projects, designing and sewing clothes and computer/iPad covers. Her passion and talent have gained her many accolades. Jillian is an intelligent, capable, dedicated, and personable young woman. She is always quick on her feet, with sensible reactions in all the circumstances I've seen her in. I feel confident in saying that she is capable of handling any situation with thoughtfulness and maturity. I would certainly recommend Jillian for any employment where genuine caring, hard work, and trustworthiness are valued.
