I hired Jill to babysit my 2 daughters and she worked for us for 3 weeks. We went away on vacation for a week and then I followed up with her to make sure she was ready for Monday to start back up again and she never responded. No call/no show, just ghosted us. It made us scramble for childcare and call out of work until we could hire someone else. I had sent several texts to follow up and she never responded. I saw she is still active on here as of yesterday so I know she is not in a ditch somewhere. While she was nice to my daughters, she was not reliable/dependable.
