About Jimena

Caring for children and watching them learn and grow is something I am truly passionate about. With a year of experience working with children, I enjoy creating a positive, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged to learn. I am currently a junior in college at the University of Michigan and am looking for a summer position where I can continue gaining experience working with children. I speak Spanish, I am patient, calm, and creative, and I enjoy planning outdoor activities, doing puzzles, and incorporating educational games into everyday routines. In my spare time, I like to go on nature walks, crochet, make beaded jewelry, and learn new hobbies! I am comfortable caring for up to two children, have reliable transportation, and am happy to include pets in daily routines. I value open communication and strive to follow each family's routines and preferences while creating a positive experience for both children and parents.
