Jimin primarily cared for my 14m full time while occasionally helping with my other 2 children on days daycare/school was closed or someone was sick. She was punctual, reliable, and genuinely engaged with my kids. I appreciated that she didn’t check her phone and gave her full attention to childcare. She was receptive to feedback and will follow whatever habits our family has. Jimins strength is with 1-2 children where she can give her attention to them fully.
