We were lucky to have met Joann when my parents were in need of some help. She was exactly what we were looking for. We needed someone who would listen to their needs, be flexible, dependable and caring - Joann was all of those things and more! We instantly felt comfortable with her and found her to be very warm and funny. She was very communicative with my parents and kept me updated as well which was much appreciated. She had some great ideas in terms of helping my parents out and was always willing to do extra for them. I would highly recommend Joann to anyone looking for assistance with an elderly loved one.
