My approach to caregiving is rooted in patience, consistency, and gentle guidance. I believe children thrive when they feel understood and supported, so I focus on building strong, trusting relationships while encouraging independence and confidence. I enjoy creating engaging activities, supporting developmental milestones, and helping establish routines that make both children and parents feel at ease. Nannying is more than just a job to me, it's something I'm genuinely passionate about. Being able to positively impact a child's development, provide a nurturing environment, and support families in their day-to-day lives is incredibly meaningful to me. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree to continue growing in early childhood education and provide the best care possible.
