About Joanne

I have had a passion for spending time with seniors since I was a little girl and at 62yrs old I still enjoy working primarily with that demographic. My degree is in Exercise Science and I work as a certified health and wellness coach in physical fitness and nutrition. I believe that fostering all of the dimensions of health & wellness is crucial to healthy aging, including social, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I have worked as an in-home care giver in the past and I find it a very natural and fulfilling fit for me. *outside of my care . com services, I am also a certified Flexologist so can also offer as a separate service of Balance and Assisted Stretch sessions in addition to strength training ($65 per 1hr session is for Flexologist services only - my rates for services listed on Care are as posted for each job).
