I am grateful for the care and compassion that Joanne shows my husband. She treats him with dignity, patience, respect, and take the time to understand his needs. She is absolutely wonderful with my husband who has dementia. She is very professional and is very knowledgeable in dementia care. She keeps my husband on a good daily schedule, handles all of my husband's needs and has learned to understand his body language since he can not longer verbally communicate. I believe my husband is doing as well as he is due to the excellent care she receives from Joanne and I feel fortunate to have found this wonderful caregiver for my husband! Joanne is the person I continue contacting when I need help taking care of my husband.
