About Joanne

I became engaged with seniors as a young person working as a nurses aide in a residential retirement home. Since that time I've thoroughly enjoyed learning great wisdom from those who have experienced so much throughout their lives. I'm a very good listener, am patient, and greatly value kindness to one another. I'm retired from a career as a nonprofit professional where I worked closely with children and adults with disabilities and seniors. In the last few years I've helped a dear elderly friend with activities such as grocery shopping and appointments. Caregiving is very special to me and I understand how important it is to families and individuals who are in need.
