About Jocelyn

I have been babysitting since I was 15 and have had great experiences with each family that I have worked with. I am comfortable with multiple children, twins, allergies, health issues, pets, and assisting with daily tasks. I am currently a junior at UNC Charlotte and am double majoring in Elementary and Special Education. I have over three years of experience with a childcare program (pspm/psalm/plus) that is run through the Henderson County Public School system. With this job, I have been a group leader responsible for 10-19 kids at a time which has given me experience with conflict resolution and provided me with a strong desire to make sure each child feels comfortable and safe. I have also taken on a leadership role where I resolved behavioral issues and organized fun crafts and activities for the kids to take part in. I have always had a passion for working with kids and love to communicate with the parents and families to know what is best for the child.
