Hi! I'm Jocelyn - 8 years of licensed childcare experience, dual bachelor's degree, and a Child Development Associate endorsed in infant and toddler care. As a DCF Child Care Licensing Specialist, I bring expertise well beyond a typical babysitter. In my role with DCF, I evaluate and license childcare facilities across Florida - so I know firsthand what exceptional care looks like and what the highest standards require. Certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, fully insured, and co-founder of Rose Garden Elite Family Solutions alongside my mother, who brings 35 years of experience to our work. Warm, nurturing, and attentive with children of all ages - with a special passion for infants and toddlers. My goal: you leave feeling completely at ease.
