Jocelynn initially was great! She worked for us 10 months. She did extra tasks like folding laundry, meal prep, vacuuming daily, and dishes. Our then 3 month old loves her to this day. However, has poor communication when issues arise, is often late to work and fell asleep once while my daughter was in her crib wanting to get up. She also had an instant when she showed up 3 hrs late with no communication due to falling asleep. When talking about the issue, she walked out on the position.
