About Joelle

I have dedicated most of my life to caring for children and supporting families. I began babysitting at 12 and now have 27 years of experience in nannying, babysitting, overnight care, and travel support. For over 10 years, I have worked in the education system supporting children with special needs in school. I currently work at a specialized autism school helping children with behavioral, emotional, communication, and developmental challenges. I also have extensive experience caring for children with autism and other special needs, including behavioral support, sensory accommodations, emotional regulation, and individualized care. I am CPR/First Aid certified, experienced with ABA strategies, medication administration, tutoring, transportation, meal prep, and maintaining routines. Families describe me as patient, dependable, calm, loving, fun, and trustworthy. I am passionate about creating a supportive environment where children thrive and families feel confident at all times!
