About Joellen

I began working as a certified nurse's aide in the 1990's. The majority of my clients have been seniors. However, I also spent three years caring for a 30-year-old quadriplegic man. I have a great deal of respect for people especially the elderly that is why I feel it is my responsibility to help maintain their dignity while providing them with quality care. I have found that most individuals are willing to except help, however their are those who struggle with this so I like to find ways to show people how they can become more independent. I treat my clients how I would expect to be treated if I were in their position.
