About Joey

Joey provided exceptional care for my father, and our family will always be grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication he showed throughout his time with us. From the very beginning, Joey treated my dad with dignity and respect. He was the only caregiver who consistently encouraged my father to get up, walk around, and maintain as much independence as possible. Rather than doing everything for him, Joey gave him the confidence and support to continue doing what he could on his own, which meant so much to my dad and to our family. As my father’s condition declined, Joey adapted seamlessly to his changing needs. He was incredibly attentive, proactive, and always seemed to anticipate what my dad needed before we even had to ask. Every interaction was met with genuine empathy, patience, and kindness. Even during the most difficult stages of my father’s illness, Joey remained calm, gentle, and reassuring, providing not only excellent care but also tremendous comfort to our entire family. Joey also possesses the physical strength that is so important in this role. He was able to safely lift, transfer, and assist my father with confidence and skill, ensuring both my father’s safety and comfort at all times. His competence in handling these physically demanding tasks gave us tremendous peace of mind. In addition, Joey was an outstanding communicator. He kept us informed, answered our questions thoughtfully, and was incredibly dependable during urgent and emergency situations. We always knew we could trust his judgment, and his ability to remain composed under pressure was invaluable. Simply put, Joey went above and beyond in every aspect of his job. His compassion, professionalism, attentiveness, and unwavering commitment to my father’s well-being far exceeded our expectations. We often said we wished Joey could have been our caregiver 24 hours a day because we trusted him completely. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have him caring for their loved one.
