Hi families! My name is Johana. I have 12+ years of experience working with children, including those with special needs. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at a center for children with autism and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I offer part-time weekday care and occasional babysitting. My approach focuses on child development, emotional safety, routines, and learning through play, using respectful caregiving and positive communication. I bring experience with autism, AAC, sensory needs, and behavioral support. I am calm, patient, and nurturing. Important: I do not provide housekeeping or cleaning services.
