About Johanna

Hello! I am a former teacher (M. Ed.) with 25 years experience in caregiving and special education. I recently relocated to Altamonte Springs and am beginning my search for long term roles. Although much of my experience has been with children, I have worked with teenagers and adults with significant impairments that required specialized care such as transfers, g-tubes, incontinence, vision loss, etc. I am organized, nurturing, creative, reliable, CPR/First Aid certified, and have a perfect driving record. I enjoy puzzles, gluten free baking, music, meditation, and all things Disney! I am open to part time or full time roles and can occasionally assist with overnight care or travel. I have lots of experience and skills but the fit and chemistry between us is my priority; I believe that makes for the most successful caregiving relationships! I look forward to connecting!
