About Johanna

Working with children has always been a passion of mine! I have worked as a babysitter/nanny since the age of 16. I also worked in a preschool for almost two years where I gained experience with children from infancy to elementary age. Over a year ago I moved to Gainesville Florida and took classes to become a Registered Behavioral Technician for children with disabilities. I worked for an amazing family that had three wonderful, low-functioning autistic children that I adored. Some of my duties were administering medication, operating a feeding pump for a g-tube, assisting with occupational and speech therapy, personally caring for them in an in home setting, and even accompanying the family on the occasional Disney World trips! A year ago I moved to Port St Lucie FL and began working as a Behavior Tech for the Martin County School District. After school hours I worked with a sweet girl that has CP. I am now living in Nashville TN and would like to get back into the field!

Johanna was our go to babysitter for many years. She began watching our three girls when they were three and five years old. after five years my girls still always ask for her. I trust her completely and she will always be a part of our family.
