Hi, I'm Johnia (Janay), I've spent years working with children as a live-in nanny, camp counselor, youth sports coach, and caregiver. My favorite part of childcare is helping children build confidence while making learning fun. Whether we're playing sports, doing crafts, exploring creative activities, or turning educational concepts into games and songs, I love creating engaging experiences that help kids learn and grow. After spending the last 11 years in leadership and management roles, I now have the opportunity to return to a passion I've always loved, working with children. Families describe me as dependable, patient, organized, and energetic. I believe every child deserves to feel supported, encouraged, and celebrated for who they are.
